Read for anything I genuinely need to follow up on: a question waiting on my answer, a plan someone is trying to make, a commitment I made and have not kept.

Once a day, give me one list: who, which app, what they need, and how long it has been sitting. Sort by how stale it is.

Draft a reply in my voice for anything I can close out in a single message. Do not send any of them. Ignore group chatter, reactions, and anything that does not actually need me.
