Book the renewal appointment before it turns into a crisis. Check my calendar first and do not book anything that conflicts with what is already there.
For each one, hand me a checklist: the documents I need, the fees, the photo rules including size and background, and anything that has to be notarized or mailed in. Do not pay a fee until I approve it.
